RE: MIND PROCESS

in #motivation7 years ago

Well said. I have been a trial lawyer for 38 years. It has been my observation, in handling other people's problems, that most "victims" who fail to recover tend be their own worst enemy. I had two clients who suffered a leg amputation as the result of catastrophic accidents. Each one returned to work in 90 days with a prosthetic leg. Their courage and dignity in overcoming a horrendous tragedy was inspiring. I have had others who received rather trivial injuries and used it as an excuse to just lay down and quit trying. We really do define who we are, regardless of the inequities of the world around us.

Thanks @clayrawlings , you're very correct. Our lives and the totality of our personality are the expressions of our mind-set(perspective about life).
