I'd already learnt most of the lessons in this post some time back, but for those who have not, a post like yours can definitely inspire :)

One thing I would suggest tho, is that when composing posts like these, utilize life-size examples, like Colonel Sanders of KFC or Bill Gates of Microsoft, or Arnold Schwarzenegger (guy has an entire accomplishment-history of breaking glass ceilings like the characters he played onscreen), and tie them into the points you make. Empirical evidence suggests that it tends to add more punch to the effect.
