Monday Motivation - Just get your things done!
It's already Monday again and most people don't feel like going to work and find it hard to get into gear: But of course this doesn't apply to the readers of my blog! Stand up and move on to do the things to reach your goals!
You can choose between success or excuses, but you can't have both. When your productivity drops, you loose your motivation and you don't want to go on, always remember why you started first and foremost. Look at my video and tell me if I look motivated in the beginning. Not really, but all you have to do is to stand up and go!
To be better than the others, you have to work harder than the others. Do not be afraid to fail! You will get experience even from "failure". Sometimes you need to fail to move on and learn a neccessary lesson! You have to stay hungry and get better every day! Improve yourself everyday! Do something today that others don't want to be able to do tomorrow, something others can't do. Standing still is always a step backwards. The other guys won't wait for you!
You have three choices in life: Be good, get good or give up. Decide wisely!
And never forget: The more difficult the victory, the greater the joy of victory!
So stand up, choose to become the best, to be the best. Everybody would like to be lazy but the successful people choose to be not, neither do you!
Listen to your inner voice telling you what you want and then put all the effort in you have!

Nicely done. Yes, everyone hates a monday. I got a little motivation from you on a job i am going to do today replaceing a rear crankshaft seal on a 2.0 liter V DUB today. I am going to call it something like engeneering failures or something. Not durogatory to engineers , but more explaining why it fails because you have 2 different ideas on the same project which causes a problem.
