I used to smoke around 10 cigarettes a day. I wanted to quit. I couldn't. I then realized that I was addicted to the slow drugs. I started reading as many articles about people dying out of cancer. That way, I thought I'd be afraid of death and the desire to live longer would come into. Despite the effort, I couldn't. But then, everything reduced. I quit the one with heavy nicotine and tar. I started smoking some 3-4 cigarettes a day. And then, it came to 1 a day, and sometimes I'd miss even. That's the process I'm into at the moment. I believe I will quit smoking soon. And that, one day, I'd be able to write a blog here on the same. And, I'm more often with friends who hates smoking.
