Hello friends!

Following the line of my latest publications I will continue to share information that for me has been invaluable in the process of deciding how I want to live my present to create the future I want.

Deciding involves choosing between several alternatives to obtain a desired result.

In this sense, among the palette of colors that life shows you, you must know that you can manage to modify the traces that emotional shocks cause in our life experience. Through my documentary research I will show you one of the many techniques that experts in the field have proposed to modify the information of your negative programs that condition you to act in an unwanted way. Starting from the premise that you ask all information, and that under any circumstance you ask:

Why? And for what?

But above all I invite you before starting this reading, to quieten your mind so that it is your heart that takes the helm and directs your life to where your life experience brings you well-being.

How can I quiet my mind?

Maybe at 7 years of age you witnessed when after a discussion with your mom your dad left home, producing intense pain, anxiety and uncertainty. Then in your adulthood, you present difficulty to maintain stable relationships, you have noticed that in the 3 sentimental relationships that you have had you have finished, even though in two of them the relationship was satisfactory, you felt that at any moment you would be abandoned.

But, why do you act like that?

I wanted to mention the previous example just to name some painful situation, it could be the loss of a loved one, an accident, a surgical operation, among other circumstances that involve the experience of a painful situation before which the analytical mind was disconnected and the subconscious recorded everything that was happening in you and around you: the sounds, the smells, and what the other senses could perceive. Now your mind relates man with abandonment, reliving sensations and avoiding them at all costs.

Trauma or Engram?

Both are perceived as an emotional shock that leaves a mark on who lives it, but the first is at the level of the conscious or rational mind, and the engram is at the level of the subconscious mind. What are the Engrams?



Adjusting it to the previous example where we describe a moment involving a painful situation, the engram will be a recording in the subconscious mind of all that your 5 senses perceive, during a state of partial unconsciousness that causes the sensation of loss.

But, why does the subconscious mind save this record?

The only purpose is to try to survive. After recording them you will use them to avoid living a situation that leads you to live an experience that you perceive as similar. Shoot this mechanism through some circumstance that reminds you of it: the smell, sound or sensation of what you experienced in the past.

This information is stored in the neurons, then moving from one neuron to the other, creating neural networks of information, resulting in our behavior patterns. These are responsible for those reactions that appear in our interactions as an autopilot.

The neurons are:

Cells of the nervous system specialized in capturing stimuli from the environment and transporting and transmitting nerve impulses (electrical messages). The neuron is considered as the basic nervous unit, both functional and structural nervous system, source.

What can we do to transform that reaction?

Of course this change will not be from one day to the next, with the help of God in the name of Jesus Christ, it is about that with a new programming, we behave differently, attracting to our lives people and more satisfactory experiences, and relationships more stable.
