Hello friends. Have you ever wondered: What is the reason why we react to our own amazement, a certain experience in a specific way?

Many times in a situation we usually react in a certain way, but this reaction after analyzing it does not correspond consciously with what we believe about it, or we question ourselves:

Why do we react like this?



Today I am going to carry out an analysis of the causes that generate these reactions. What conditions us to perceive the world in a certain way? And we must be clear that our reactions are the result of how we interpret the reality we are living, that interpretation will depend on making an analogy to understand it in an expeditious way of the filters or layers that cross to get to us, these filters are our senses, belief systems, thoughts and ideas, but let's start from the beginning to understand it.

I tell you that many psychologists agree that the mind is formed by two levels: the conscious mind and the subconscious, another group divides it into three, incorporating the unconscious (or primitive mind and control of physiological processes), but I chose in this article I carry out my analysis with the first, as there is more consensus on this.

To think in the same terms, we understand that the conscious mind is in charge of analyzing, that is, it tries to understand, plan and devise. And the subconscious mind is the mind of feelings, of the heart or of what we call intuition. Although it is timely to remind them that everything in this world is a constant change, and this issue does not escape from reality, that as the mind is studied, new versions will emerge that try to explain human behavior. As an example, there are some recent studies like the Hassins experiment where it is affirmed, textual quote:

"The subconscious can carry out all the fundamental and basic processes performed by the conscious mind."

This study opens the way for new studies to be carried out in this sense, and the functioning of the conscious and subconscious mind is discovered more. Now, after differentiating these two levels of the human mind, we know that the subconscious mind is like a deposit, there is stored much of our memories, feelings, experiences, and based on all that information we have captured even since we were in our mother's belly in the last months of her pregnancy, from the memory of our ancestors, since the information is not lost, it is transmitted from generation to generation, we are going to react and act in our adult life. In general, our perceptions and belief systems in adulthood will be programmed by everything we have stored in our subconscious mind.

We understand now because the content of what keeps my subconscious mind is so important!

Example No. 01

An example of this is, if as a child we had a diminutive of affection, for which one of our parents called us and he only mentioned our two full names (in case of having both names) only when he was upset or when there were problems, that feeling or emotion that we experienced as a child we will relive it when adult an important person for us calls us by our two full names, so this is not annoying.

Example nro.02

Another example is, if our mom made us a rich meal as a child, as an adult this meal is most likely one of our favorites because we associate it with the feeling we associate with our mom, that is, love, protection, etc. All this emotional record is in our subconscious mind and we will respond to it in our adult life.

Now, if we observe in ourselves undesirable behaviors, which produce suffering, fear, victimization, guilt, etc., or that interfere with our relationships with our loved ones, we can make specific actions that allow us to substitute beliefs and ideas in our subconscious mind, in order to obtain different results, as if this were a cassette or a rewritable CD, the objective is to erase all the stored information and record that information with which we achieve the desired behavior in the present.

As Socrates said:
"I only know that I do not know anything", end of the appointment, because he did not show himself as a carrier of knowledge, but with the will to learn more every day.

And I stop a little here, because in this way not believing we have the absolute truth in our present, we can find and find those actions, we have the age that we have, that allow us to obtain the results we want and with which we can have a more satisfying life experience.

Finally, how can we record different information in our subconscious?

There are many authors who defend a hypothesis and others some totally different, I will only mention 2 in this post, which have worked for me, it is a very personal decision, it will be then that you put them into practice and see what works for you, the goal is for the subconscious mind to learn again.

If you want to change one behavior for another, repeat it for at least 21 days, in my case I have taken approximately 3 months, and sometimes even more. It is not a quick thing, but once it is installed you will do it automatically. An example would be, if I want to attend the gym five times a week, then I plan to do it and I do it for 21 days, in such a way that a habit is created. Well said Aristotle:

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. "

Listen to audios with positive phrases and reaffirmation of self-esteem, and I quote this example because they have served me immensely, from girls in a macho society and other times pessimistic, we have been attacked with subliminal messages in movies, cartoons, media and sometimes even our own parents who in some way have distorted our perception that we can achieve what we set out to do, regardless of our gender or certain circumstances. Personally I love the audio of Louise Hay and her positive affirmations (although you can make your personal affirmations according to what you want to achieve), which I try to listen to when I'm going to sleep or when I'm waking up, that moment the mind is in the alpha state, which is a state where brain activity is lower, and both hemispheres (the left and the right) participate in learning, is the ideal state to learn expeditiously, according to many specialists in the field .
We can also reach this state with breath control using different techniques, with meditation, or listening to baroque music. By means of the affirmations, the brain will begin to visualize as if it were now what you affirm, and as the subconscious mind does not differentiate if it is real or not, time or space, it will begin to record it as true. Finally during this exercise identify the thoughts that are present but without judging them only as an observer, so that later you become aware of those beliefs that you must change and which are what sabotage you what you want to achieve in your life.
