I've decided to start a growth blog

I've decided to start a blog where I write about issues of self-development and lifestyle that I'm thinking about and grappling with at the moment. I'm going to write daily for the next 30 days as an experiment to see whether I can produce interesting content at such a pace. If you're interested I hope you follow along and let me know how you feel about whatever you read from me, I'm always happy to listen to whatever you might say. This is just my opening post to explain what this is all about. I will follow tomorrow with something interesting.
