EXPECT LESS
Most often than not, we create our own heart breaks through expectation.
Yeah, expectation hurts and that is why we should try as much as possible to expect less most especially from people.
We should always bear in mind that human beings are from different background and are capable of behaving in different ways and so we should learn not to expect much from people.
