Spring will come. The low times in our lives will come to an end. Things will get better. Don't give up.

In our little herb bed I have only chive, but some basil is starting to fight it's way to the sun too. :)

Gotta love the warm weather after a long cold winter. I had that for a number of years but live in FL now sooo pretty much summer every day now lol.

It blows my mind how much better home-grown produce is compared to store bought. We always grew tomatoes and cucumbers when I was growing up and a neighbor had a strawberry patch I'd always raid. Its like a different food from the garden. I don't know how they can mess it up so bad at the store! XD
I know right! It's crazy. I think its also cus they pick them way early so they won't go bad and that is a recipe for disaster...plus who knows what they put inside of them to preserve the lifespan...

You are going to have cucumbers coming out your ears!!!! Looks good! We have a few hawk nests on the farm. I always call them our guardian angels. It always reminds me that we are safe in the shelter of His wings.
