Finding motivation

Some folks find motivation their mentors and coaches.

Some folks find motivation through their peers.

Some folks find motivation through motivational images with quotes.

Some folks find motivation through applying mindset and personal development principles.

Some folks find motivation through listening and watching videos like on youtube

Some folks find motivation through finding a happy spot to be in.

For me I find motivation through rock and roll. Certain songs get me pumped up and going. The lyrics with the right music can rev you up and get your day going.
