Topic: How do you take NO from people.

It's very funny how people see themselves when they get rejected by someone. The word NO is meant to be used in everything we do in life.

Many have left the surface of the earth because they couldn't bear the word NO which sometimes relate to rejected.

I want you to understand one thing and that is, expect nothing from anyone. It can only be YES or NO and you should deal with NO as if nothing happened and move on, life is too short.

You have to work on your emotions to be able to live the life you ever wanted, the world isn't a bed of roses.

I have structured my mind NEVER to allow the word NO make me feel bad or do crazy things and this is why I expect nothing from anyone to avoid heart attack lol.

Until you understand that the word NO is meant to be used, then you should also understand that people will use it on you and so should you. Life na 'jeje'.

When a woman or man turns you down, pretend as if nothing happened and distract yourself with other things. Many times things that will destroy us are been averted with the word NO.

Never you feel sad when you hear the word NO rather it should make you stronger.

Haha, my problems cannot make me sad or kill me, rather I kill it with my bare hands.

I don't stress myself on things I do not have control over, when it seems it's getting on my head, I just leave everything one side and it will sort it out when the time comes. I have a big God who never fail.

When you get rejected, dust your ass and get to work. When the time is right what belongs to you will locate. Never you be in a rush with things of life, those who were in a rush are long gone.

Golden Rule:

When you get rejected, do nothing and say nothing. If the pressure is high just walk away.

When your girlfriend or boyfriend abandon or say NO to you, haha accept your faith and move on.

It's only a fool that will beg another to stay in a relationship with him/her provided you did nothing wrong. When someone truly loves you, they will forever wants to be with you even when the odds are against them.

Stop being foolish and face reality.

Apart from some business deals, learn how to accept NO wholeheartedly.

Remember that those who say NO to you can live their life without you in existence, getting angry or sad will only harm you.

The word NO is very good. Also learn how to make use of it.
