I have the fear of confrontations. I used to do pretty well in the past but nowadays I find it very difficult to build the confidence when am confronted or to confront someone.
You have made a good start by stating your fear over here. I think this won´t be that bad. I think you just need a little push and those fears will vanish. I am wishing you the best of luck.
