TAKE YOUR TIME AND WORK VERY HARD.... (HARD WORK PAYS OFF)
Let's Get Motivated!
Back in primary/elementary school,my favorite match-in song along side other pupils was titled "Take your time and work very hard". We sang this short poem with so much heartiness and vigor, not because of the didacticism it portrays but rather its sonorous beat flow and our very own ad lips. I know better now. That poem holds better meaning than anything else about it. The lyrics goes thus:
Take your time and work very hard,
For the day is going by.
Opportunity once lost
Shall never be regained,
So do not waste your golden time
For the day is going by......
Evaluate your life/efforts on a 1-10 scale and access how hard you work to achieve your dreams and aims in chosen area.
Do you sit lazying around expecting manna to fall from heaven?
Stand comparing yourself to others you got on lane together?
Or rather than do other things, you take your time and work very hard to accomplish better results?
Where would you classify yourself?
There is no menial hustle be it legal or illegal; both requires HARD WORK!
It is possible someone counters me by saying it is easier to STEEM. I would purely and absolutely negate that stance!!!
STEEMIT is not for the lazy!
STEEMING IS NO EASY PEASY!
There are processes involved in Steeming only hardworking steemians can relate to.
The Standard Steeming processes are:
1. PRE-POST STAGE I
- Getting inspiration
- Forming ideas and concept in mind
- Arrangement of post sequence
2. PRE-POST STAGE II
- Jotting down points on paper or notepad
- Analytical point development
- Post drafted
3. POST STAGE I
- Editing of drafted writeup
- Adding of markdown styling
- Sourcing for images/Referencing
4. POST STAGE II
- Copy and paste into submit area
- Preview/ post edit
- Third Party proofreading (voluntary)
- Proper tagging
5. POST STAGE III
- Waiting on approval for those using Utopian.io
- Submitting links for easy access in designated groups
- Responding to comments under post
6. NON POSTING RELATED
- Visiting other's post through link channels
- Commenting constructively
- Curating quality contents
- Encouraging newbies and tutoring......
The list involved in Steeming is much more than numerable!
If you ain't doing half or all of the few listed above, you are not steeming proper but rather wasting time and loosing time vested opportunities.
Do you still think STEEMIT would accommodate a lazy man? Snap out of it!
The day is going by, waiting for no man!
What would you invest your time in?
Constructive aims or distractions?
Perhaps you look at other's blog and envy them. You want to be like them. You want to earn like them.
Do you know how much hard work put into those contents you see simply?
Can you do as much?
Or probably you are doing as much but not being appreciated?
Solution to the last question is, keep working hard and IT WILL SURELY PAY OFF.
I wish to share a little testimony about my life on STEEMIT as regards hard work paying off.
I joined STEEMIT some three months ago with the mind of changing my financial story and getting me a new phone. Don't ask if I am jobless because that is what a conventional student should be .
Well, I started steeming standardly and my wants are coming in fulfilled. Financial statement is beginning to make me smile and also I got myself a new phone like I wished these past few months. It was worth about 30 in SBD, $240 or #80,000. Even this can be gotten on a single post with the proper efforts. Who said HARD WORK DOESN'T PAY?
Here are some pictures I took of the phone
My Note to Newbies:
√. Take cognizance of time while working hard (Steeming)
√. Never compare your success to another's
√. Never lose hope of getting deserved rewards
√. Keep Steeming even if you don't want to.
I appreciate you all for reading this till the end. Thanks for the congratulations in Advance.
Again, another great post. Well prepared, well arranged. This piece, in and of itself, reflects what you taught in the post itself.
Really encouraging. Keep on inspiring and touching souls @aderonkemi. Omoore bi iyan. :-)
Lol... Thanks for stopping by dear
Wow! If only I have the strength to upvote this with 5sbd,i would gladly launch it without thinking twice. For you have just saved our asses from rambling with no definite route. Most of us complains of not getting enough upvotes for a post, ignoring the necessities that could really fetch us such reasonable upvotes. I wish these beautiful processes could constantly be flashing through the mind of the existing STEEMIANS. I could boastfully and unrepentantly say that the community itself can also adopt this for newbies as guidelines. It will give fresh steemians like us a clear direction towards achieving one's aim conveniently. Although, one would encounter few challenges along the line while adopting these principles. But It is one thing to itch for something, and another thing to scratch for it. If you are willing to attain a position of a successful STEEMIAN, then you've got a lot of work to do. Nothing comes easy.......... Definitely not something that involves rewards as this.
I am inspired @aderonkemi Thanks for sharing
I am glad you could find this post useful.... Keep steeming! You are almost there!
This is nice but remember to pay your tithe to samest
Ooopsss!! You caught me... Lol

Yes dear... Glad it could help
Wow, You're the realest, I would live to say more but it wouldn't still change the fact that you're entirely awesome, I have been wowed by this post. There's no room for laziness anywhere, we are on the same page on that.
Lol.. Thanks for the compliments dear. Glad you know laziness is a stinger!
@aderonkemi thanks for this sublime content this will go a long to help me to be a successful steemian and i am trying to enlighten some folks out there about steemit, this post will help do that effectively.
Thats really nice of you to promote steem! Go for it buddy! The sky is only a start point!
I agree that posting content on Steemit here requires a lot of layers to be worked on before finally becoming its own product. I, myself, use Microsoft Word to type my content before transferring it to Steemit, and again proofreading it.
We must make sure we model our writing styles very carefully before letting it out to the public, more so because you cannot delete your posts on this blockchain.
Totally right about not been able to delete post on the blockchain. So our works are like time capsules. At all time, we should give only the best of our better!
congratulations my dear
