The great alim deen Hazrat Abdul Haq Mohdes Dehlvi (RA) said in his famous 'Zazbul kalub ela diril Mahbub', the city of holy city of Madinah is the honorable city of Mecca. It is written in the Sharah, that after going to Hajj, Mustafaq went to visit the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his two companions. According to Hadrat 'Umar, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, that after my departure, my RAJApac, who came after me, should meet me alive. (Baihaqi, Taivarani) The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever wishes to do my Ruja, will be my neighbor on the Day of Resurrection." And whoever dwells in Al-Madinah will abide on the affliction of the day, I shall be witness to him on the Day of Resurrection and intercede. The person who dies in Mecca (Sacred) or Mecca (Holy) in Medina will be at peace on the Day of Resurrection.
