This mosque became a proof of God's power over His servant. Because it was built by someone who is not a rich man, named Khairuddin Affandi.

God granted his strong and noble desire to build a mosque. By giving up himself to not eat, except to the extent to survive. The story became the forerunner of the name of this mosque "Shanke Yadem" which means "let's just say I've eaten".
