how mosaeek can bring video comments and replies to the steem blockchain AND build an automated dtube video on the daily!

Ok bear with me here but I think I just came up with way for @mosaeek to integrated their video comment/reply system into the steem blockchain which I think would be kinda neat, of course it’s going to need a bunch of controls but the basics are kinda there and I think it could be done for two reasons. .

• give steemians across frontends the ability to post a video and get a reply to that video inline on any steem frontend.
• for mosaeek to be able to bind up and automatically produce a video responses video that could be uploaded at the end of each day (this needs more thought but could be cool)

So I realised this morning that it’s probably gonna only take three steps for this to work and I think it can be fairly painless for @mosaeek to implement.

Step one.
Build in steemconnect support for steem login.

Step two
Adapt the template based on the fact we are using the steem login to also display a title form area, body text and tags — the basics you need to be able to post to the blockchain (we post a thumbnail of the video) — we have the option to post at the end of the video to social so just have it in there somewhere maybe?

Step three
Post is now on your steem blockchain account, displaying a thumbnail and auto generated link to the video for people to jump to reply too — but here is the cool part, any responses that video gets will automatically get posted as a thumbnail reply link to the comments of that original video from the @mosaeek account — think of it as a bot that watches for video replies and then puts them into the comments as a threaded response! :)

So if they get the above working then that’s cool in itself that we have another space away from youtube etc where we can have video comment replies to topics and questions we pose on the steem blockchain, could be useful for rapidly getting feedback on a new feature for dapp etc.

But I think what would be neat is if at the end of the day, twenty four hour window we just auto build a video, taking the original content title and stitching together the video, the replies all together as cuts — heck you could even charge for this service for like $5 a month as a PRO feature, the ability to auto generate a video that you download to then upload to your dtube channel to really start conversations going!
