Olivia Moore, a resident of Seattle Hospital, is exposed to a strange and mysterious event that turns her into a zombie during a party on a boat.
Because of this shift, Olivia is forced to resign from work, to stay away from her family and to be separated from her fiancé.
Olivia then discovers that she has not fully evolved into a zombie, and must satisfy her appetite to constantly eat human brains in order to maintain her current state.
So Olivia got a job in a morgue and began to eat the brains of the bodies she was dissecting.
Olivia could not hide her secret from her boss, Dr. Ravi, where she discovered her condition but became her boyfriend and confidante.
Dr. Ravi took great care of Olivia's condition and began looking for a treatment for her.
Later on, after Olivia began to deal with the etching of the bodies, she discovered that a part of the memory of the dead was moving to her, beginning to appear in the form of flashes of memory or dreams.
Having dealt with several victims of crime, Olivia realized that she was able to help police investigate.
So I started working with one of the investigators, who is called Clive, but he did not reveal his secret and claimed that she possessed miraculous mental abilities.

تتعرض اوليفيا مور الطبيبة المقيمة في مشفى سياتل إلى حدث غريب و غامض و هو تحولها إلى زومبي خلال تواجدها في أحد الحفلات على متن قارب.
بسبب هذا التحول تجبر اوليفيا على الاستقالة من العمل و الابتعاد عن عائلتها والانفصال عن خطيبها.
بعد ذلك تكتشف اوليفيا بأنَّها لم تتحول إلى زومبي بالكامل، و يجب عليها أن تشبع شهيتها لتناول أدمغة البشر بشكل مستمر لكي تحافظ على حالتها الحالية.
لذلك حصلت اوليفيا على وظيفة في مشرحة و بدأت بتناول أدمغة الجثث التي تقوم بتشريحها.
لم تستطيع اوليفيا اخفاء سرها عن رئيسها بالعمل و هو الدكتور رافي، حيث اكتشف حالتها و لكنه أصبح صديقها و كاتم سرها.
اهتم الدكتور رافي كثيرا بحالة اوليفيا، وبدأ بالبحث عن علاج لها.
في قت لاحق و بعد أن بدأت اوليفيا بتناول ادمغة الجثث اكتشفت بأنَّ جزء من ذاكرة الموتى تنتقل إليها، و تبدأ بالظهور على شكل ومضات ذاكرة أو احلام.
بعد أن تناولت اوليفيا ادمغة عدة ضحايا جرائم، أدركت بأنَّها قادرة على مساعدة الشرطة في التحقيقات.
لذلك بدأت العمل مع أحد المحققين و الذي يدعى كلايف، و لكنه لم تكشف له سرها وأدعت بأنَّها تمتلك قدرات ذهنية خارقة ( عرافة ).
