Regional Cultural Festival Casablanca - Settat : المهرجان الجهوي الثقافي لجهة الدار البيضاء سطات
the second edition of the Cultural Festival of Casablanca -Settat region was inaugurated Tuesday, February 20 at the headquarters of the region of Casablanca-Settat.
This event is held around the theme "The contribution and the imprint of Berber Jews to the cultural mosaic of Morocco". It celebrates the cultural and religious diversity of Morocco.
According to André Azoulay, Councilor to King Mohammed VI, this festival is an opportunity to celebrate, recognize and share rare and precious moments in a time when spiritual, religious and cultural values are deserting many shores around us. He also stressed the importance given by Moroccans to respect for values, tolerance and conviviality. André Azoulay also recalled the history of Judaism in Morocco dating back more than 3,000 years.
The opening of the festival was an opportunity to also recall the unity of the different components of Moroccan society. For his part, Mustapha Bakkoury, president of the Casablanca-Settat region, emphasized the importance of the concept of citizenship while respecting cultural diversity. For his part, Thami Bennasser, president of the Association des anciens étudiants casablancais, organizer of the festival, said that this event illustrates the coherent system of living together adopted in Morocco.
The Casablanca-Settat Cultural Festival continues until 22 February. On the program: lectures and debates and exchanges between researchers specializing in Amazigh and Jewish culture as well as the screening of the documentary film "He confined to those days", the presentation of the book "The Houses of Life" Serge Bedugo .

تم افتتاح الدورة الثانية للمهرجان الثقافي لدار البيضاء - منطقة الستات يوم الثلاثاء 20 فبراير في مقر منطقة الدار البيضاء - سطات.
يعقد هذا الحدث حول موضوع "مساهمة وبصمة اليهود البربر للفسيفساء الثقافية للمغرب". وهي تحتفل بالتنوع الثقافي والديني في المغرب.
وفقا لأندريه أزولاي، المستشار للملك محمد السادس، هذا المهرجان هو فرصة للاحتفال والاعتراف وتبادل لحظات نادرة وثمينة في الوقت الذي القيم الروحية والدينية والثقافية هجر العديد من الشواطئ من حولنا. كما أكد على أهمية المغاربة احترام القيم والتسامح والعيش المشترك. وأشار أندريه أزولاي أيضا إلى تاريخ اليهودية في المغرب التي يرجع تاريخها إلى أكثر من 3000 سنة.
وكان افتتاح المهرجان فرصة لاستدعاء وحدة المكونات المختلفة للمجتمع المغربي. من جانبه أكد مصطفى بكوري رئيس منطقة الدار البيضاء-الستات على أهمية مفهوم المواطنة مع احترام التنوع الثقافي. من جانبه، قال ثامي بناسر، رئيس جمعية رجال الأعمال، كاسابلانكيس، منظم المهرجان أن هذا الحدث يوضح نظام متماسك للعيش معا في المغرب.
ويستمر مهرجان الدار البيضاء - السطات الثقافي حتى 22 شباط / فبراير. في البرنامج: المحاضرات والمناقشات والتبادلات بين الباحثين المتخصصين في الثقافة الأمازيغية واليهودية، فضلا عن عرض الفيلم الوثائقي "يقتصر في تلك الأيام"، عرض كتاب "بيوت الحياة" سيرج بيدجو .
