في الأمس عدت من العمل شديدة العياء شديدة الملل من ضوضاء المدينة و كثرة الناس فقررت أن أذهب إلى بحر هرهورة( petit baldor )
لأستنشق بعض الهواء النقي و لأنني أعتبره المكان الذي
أشكو له كل ألامي و همومي و
و أحزاني و دائما يسمعني و في سري يحفضني
إنه موعد الغروب وقفت أمام البحر كانت أجواءه لطيفة و ألطف ما هناك صوت الأموج أشعر بأنني في صفاء بعيد و عن الهموم و في عالم أخر و أنضر حولي أرى منضر جميل و مهدئ للروح
وعند الخروج من هذا البحر العميق بكل ما فيه ، تخرج بروح جديدة للحياة ، وبأفكار جميلة لا تشوبها الظلمات
فما أروعك أيها البحر وما أجملك
