اليوم ساتكلم الشاي المغربي الشهير في العالم بنكهته الممتازة فان هذا المشروب له مقام كبير عند جميع المغاربة و انه يعتبر من الوجبات الضرورية اليومية و خاصة في الصباح فهو مشروب رءيسي و لا يستغني عليه الشعب المغربي و تحضير هذا المشروب ليس صعبا على الاطلاق فنقوم بوضع ملعقة او ملعقتين او ثلاث ملاعق صغيرة او اكثر من حبوب الشاي الاخضر في ابريق . فكل ابريق له حجم و يتسع لعدد من الاكواب ثم نضيف الماء الساخن جدا بدرجة الغليان و نتركه فوق نار هادءة لبضع دفاءق و بعد ذلك نضع نبات النعناع المغربي و فيه عدة انواع حسب المناطق . و بعد ذلك نضيف السكر حسب الحلاوة التي نريد . و بعد ذلك نفلب هذا المشروب مرتين الى اربع مرات ثم نتذوقه فنجده شهي و له مذاق فريد من نوعه
