early morning is the time when you are at peace and your mind at its clearest. having just awoken you are a clear slate in the wee hours. people who wake early perform important tasks are more proactive than those who utilize evening time to engage in activities. This is the best time to set a schedule for rest of the day, write a journal entry, meditation or simply take a bare food stroll through garden and connect with nature.

Allowing sunlight into your room is the first toward wakefulness, infact it helps regulate the sleep-awake cycle by stimulating body's 24 hours biological system. sun rays are also your are also best natural source of vitamin D and help you to put you in a good mood. the sun ray boost your body production of serotonin, the happiness inducing neurotransmitter. hence opening the window should also be part of daily morning routine as it will wake you up right and prepare you for an active day.

When you open your eyes climbed out of bed, grab a pillow, sit on it crossed legged and meditation for 15 minutes. meditation is essential for your inner peace and clearing mind once you do it you will feel how much you are free from stress.

Drinking water early morning aids digestion and regulates morning bowels. a key to health digestive system. lemon water functionally clean your body toxin. Vitamin C helps maintain skin healthy.

Morning shower has its own benefits, stepping into the shower refreshes your body and mind along with cleansing you.
eating nutritious breakfast of slow energy foods such whole-grain cereals, fruits and lean protien keeps you energized and aert the whole day.

Exercise can take many forms, some of you might hit the gym and some prefer cycling both ways energize your body and give you good start for the day.
