A beautiful post as usual and I look forward to them. As you know.. nadi shodhana is my morning practice. I need to look into the Wim Hoff method. I like to sit and breathe and be grateful .. maybe set an intention for the day.

I'll be at a silent retreat over this new year.. can't wait.

The Wim Hof method is a game changer! It really helps you gain control of your cardiovascular system, and gain more control of how your body handles stress, extreme temperatures, and even its ability to fight off colds and viruses. Plus it is such an energizing practice. I highly recommend checking it out.

I'm so excited for you and your retreat... holding silence, especially around the New Year, a time of such transition and 'newness', for me at least, was so transformative and truly beautiful. I'm excited and happy for you.
