Not bad for an iPhone 5s, huh?

Shot this dewy beauty in Portland last May. There she was, just standing there looking gorgeous, drenched in dew. It almost felt like an invasion of her privacy to snap such a close-up.

I've used this shot in some art projects - messing with filters and also blowing it up to 36" x 24" on canvas.

One of the best secrets to happiness that I've learned is to actively LOOK for beauty. It's everywhere, but it's also easy to ignore. But when I see it, it makes my heart glad.
