This is the second time I am being here and I find your contests very captivating and educative as well.
...the theory is if you gamble at the beginning and lose badly these few days, it means your luck in the year of the dog is going to sucks.
The above line constitutes what I have learnt here today on Chinese culture.

Not specifically Chinese culture in totality but just something I heard which could be true for some people but definitely not all.
