I was just looking at the latest one, etherbots https://etherbots.io/robots , they sold out, and the price was 0.4 ether, a bit pricey for a virtual robot if you ask me. I did used to sell Pokemon cards though, and some of those used to get pretty crazy in price, even given a far higher supply. I'd be surprised if companies like Nintendo aren't eyeing this up very carefully.
