I was feeling a bit lethargic yesterday. Maybe because of Monday. So, I decided on a simple soup for lunch. ABC soup. It’s the kind of soup that’s simple to make with few ingredients. For the meat, you can use chicken or some pork rib. Then there are usually potatoes, carrot, tomatoes, onions, and corn but usually not all but I don’t think there is problem if you use all. I seldom get onions when I have this outside and many places also don’t use corn. Why is call ABC soup? I heard 2 versions of the story. First, it’s simple to make. As easy as ABC. Second, the soup is supposed to contain vitamins A, B and C. If you ever feel like you need a soup or a chicken soup, try this instead. It cost me $6.30 with the rice.
