I was having dinner at a quite usual place with my wife earlier this week. I was quite tired of eating the usual things and decided to have a look at the menu at the Tze Char stall. They have increased the price of some items and added some new stuff. Oh well, I’ll try something new then. This Fried Yee Mee done quite differently. The noodle is fried crispy and then the gravy poured over it and served. Look explosive, doesn’t it. Taste quite good too. I’ll probably have them again. 😎

Oh really? We called it Yee Mee with fragrant base, i.e., fried to crispy.
I guess not in Japan. :-)
