Continuing with our slightly arty photos on behalf of the Red Dragonfly Gallery; more cloud photos.
"Sedona Cloudscape"
We made an "artist scouting" trip to Sedona, Arizona a few years ago. It's a lovely place to visit, and this part of the high desert offers some spectacular vistas.
In the summertime, spectacular afternoon storms will pop up quite suddenly, in stark contrast with the blue skies and red rock landscapes; this is a nice example.

We actually had a respectable day today, thanks to a super nice and sunny winter day combined with a larger-than-usual number of tourists in town. It was a very welcome change, as the recent pattern of high winds and cold driving rains have mostly kept people indoors.
Ironic — but perhaps not surprising(1) — that we would suddenly have a better day, immediately after announcing the likely closure of the physical gallery location within the next few months. Such is life!
