Flowerless Vase • Monomad
A made a somber still life last week with this flowerless vase. I thought the ripply shape looked so good in silhouette that I didn't want to distract with a scene stealing flower.

Does anyone know what the K stands for?
I photographed the vase with my Canon 5D camera and 70-200 mm lens.

Do you mean the K in CMYK labs? I had no idea what it meant, but with the help of google I found out it refers to the color black in the printing process or something like that.
Yes it is black but the K is derived from key plate which is the purpose of the black because it is used to align the color plates in the CMYK printing process.
Reminds me of a hive for paper wasps :D
It does have that hivey look!
