Long time, no see folks!
It's been a while since I've been on steemit but hopefully that's over with. I hadn't been doing much photography for a bit either so I didn't have much of anything to post anyway. Finally got myself a new(er) camera and now it's time to get back to work!
I generally try to avoid mixing politics and photography but when the opportunity recently came up to attend a protest I figured it'd be a good occasion to test the new camera out and possibly get some news/editorial shots for stock.

Hard to avoid, even with lots of photos on my HDD. Sometimes priorities change and steemit is not always in the top 5. lol
