Last summer we had a weird infestation of these tiny fellas in the south of Portugal.
They are normally always present but never in these proportions.
They were literally everywhere, on every flower, every leaf and even climbing on our legs.
A true horror movie for those who can't stand bugs.
Take this poor little daisy (I think) as an example.
And there are even not that many on it comparing with the majority of other flowers around.

This really could give conspiracy theorists something to talk about.
I bet some could easily "connect" it to chemtrails, claiming these little guys were dropped like micro orange bombs over the countryside fields just to sell pesticides afterwards.
Who knows, right?
I think it was just the environmental conditions that potentiated this "baby boom". We had an extremely hot and dry summer last year, and that was most likely the cause.
That or Aliens, of course..
