Monochrome Monday - House Past Its Prime
This house once was full of life, laughter, and music. In its good times, it was a restaurant and a lodging house.
Today it is just an old house. Still full of life from outside, with flowers climbing on it, yet quiet and slow from within. It is in dire need of a serious facelift and a shot of new life.
Will it receive a second chance or will it have to make a place to a modern apartment house?

The color photo makes me want to ... drink beer and wear long socks. Is this typical Slovenian architecture or are you on the Austrian border?

Yes, this is typical architecture of the region. At least it was at the beginning of the century.
It is the Alpine region after all. It is called a triborder area because borders of Austria, Italy and Slovenia meet here.
