MonoChrome Monday — seagull outlaws and a misty lakeside view
On one of our jaunts along Lake Erie I grabbed these shots. It's a beautiful drive along Ontario's Sunshine Coast if you ever have the opportunity — it matters not the season!
Port Ryerse, Ontario—clearly, seagulls can't or don't read signs
Long Point , Port Rowan, Ontario—a pretty autumn mist

two very different monochrome photos - the first is full of motion and excitement - the second is brooding, mysterious and silent. The contrast in these two photos is striking. Black and white can be very artistic
Yes, but they are both saying No Trespassing for different reasons. You totally understood part of my madness for my choice :)
it matters not the season. that was a very nice saying.
thank you!
Love the gulls in flight...

Beautiful pictures...
This got me. 😅
they're obvious rebels....and loud :)
lool!
Both are great shots! Both like night and day or black and white when compared to each other!LOL
Exactly!!! They are really saying the same thing backwards. :)
I just adore the second photo. It mantains a beauty of its own, and it is a little menacing somehow. Like if we are invited to look, but are not allowed to talk or touch anything...
Yes.....that's the message of that photo. It's been in my library of photos for a while and I just never got around to posting it. It speaks opposite to the loud one above but both are saying, No trespassing.
I love how you worded it however. I'll leave the writing to the writers :)
Art is art, and it talks to the soul. So, we speak the same language.
Thank you. Have a good night, girl. :)
That's right....thank you.
Wow so pretty. I really like that part of the world. When I have visited Toronto I haven't had a car, I hope to visit again next year though!
