I do not think this is a scam, since there's too much at stake for Daniel's reputation. That being said, there still have been made a number of mistakes early on, from the moment things started to change within the core team. Your communication argument is spot on. Things changed too quickly, without people understanding it (change to ZUR token). The final fight between the community and waves community was for me reason to take my losses. For me now it seems the team needs to get their act together. Until then I've lost faith.
