Skype would be good most people have this, I would like to just get comfortable with a few easy trades at first then move into more difficult trades. Maybe you can have levels once you trade well in one level then you move up to the next. This would be cool for me. I know its not rocket science but sometimes the ability to ask questions about the same trade we are on would help. Maybe have a one time deal in Vegas where you live ( I think) and let people know what this will be all about. Another idea Live trades where everybody is on the same page and doing the same as you would be nice too. That way we could compare screens to see if things are going as planned.
