Pay Day
This is so me right now and every other person that has been up on their feet from the beginning of the month.
Some have been broke from the second week, others just want to ball but before you take home that paycheck, ask yourself this question: what value have i added to my organization?
All some people do is all they are told to do and all they are concerned about is for the month to end.
There's more to being on a team than being in a payroll, constantly Chun out value, constantly do your part to make sure the money comes in and whatever you're asked to do, go the extra mile...

I anticipate the payday for this post tho....
Money is powerful; an employee may not go to work for weeks but the day cheque is going to be raised he or she will definitely be at work. Some workers can't really understand or remember the full routins of their job but pay day is never forgotten if alert- credit is not received by 30th or 31st as the case maybe "the boss is not a good man doesn't he knows the month as ended?" all they want is value added to them and not them adding values to the job. Which is suppose to be two-ways scenario. Bravo @vheobong
