One thing you don't seem to grasp is that a new role of central banks is to help ensure that their currency remains competitive. This is done by keeping the price low and attractive to exports. Once Bitcoin or any other coin is deeply integrated, if it keeps rising to ridiculous highs no one will want to employ workers using it.
