There is nothing wrong for getting paid for a service rendered, regardless of the type of service. I know as far as spiritual things, in some communities it is frowned upon to exchange a service for money, but love donations are encouraged and accepted. In today's society though people only see value in it when you place value on it.

Art is the same way too, people only see value in it when you price it ridiculously. Essentially you are sharing a form of art (imo) so why shouldn't you benefit also. You're sharing what you love and due to the changes in time in order to keep doing that you need payment.
