In this video by CryptoNick who analyzes the current trends in the cryptocurrency market especially regarding Etheruem which apparently recently had a degree of approval from the Russian government.And like Bitcoin,some speculate that it is in a bubble.

In my opinion, it will reach $300 but it will not go higher than that for a while.
It will definitely hit $300, and it will happen soon. I think the question is more: will it hit $3,000 in 2017?
More and more money is flowing into crypto every day, as more people learn about it. ETH is the fuel for so many distributed applications and future projects... a huge portion of that new money is guaranteed to flow into ETH, IMO :)

If i look at coinmarketcap it not a question of if, but rather of when. If ETH keeps on going like this, i think it will reach $300,- before the coming week is over.
If it does then you could expect it not to go higher than $300 for a while.
