Every day new information comes to light about the unfinished business from 2008 and how it could easily erupt into the Financial Crisis Part 2. Sadly, nothing was resolved before the stock market started to move higher. No serious measures were taken. Nothing was done to prevent the next recession. As long as the stock market moved into positive territory, the public could be fooled.
