It may sound weird.. But I haven't been looking at the Steem price. I'm a very new user, and profit isn't a big deal to me. I think eventually the Steem price could go up proportionately, especially when more than just "cryptonerds" find Steem and like the idea. So until then, buy Steem as you seem fit. If you think Steem is worth more than 9 or 10 cents then buy some.
I think you are right. Its just a matter of time before it rises. There is a lot of Powering Down and probably some cashing out lately though. Once its though I think that the price will stabilize.
