Where did you get the information about the photographing? If this is true, why are only Mastercard and Visa taking your photograph? The camera would have to be mounted somewhere on the card reader, and any bank or credit card company would have access. Also, if true, it would be helpful to know where the cameras are located.
The photos are taken from the ceiling in most cases. Yes, I am sure it is other cards as well.
Do they have access to the "store owned" surveillance system or is this separately owned and operated. I would think that this would have to be contracted out as you can't have one camera for every credit card company.
