Few days back I did a quick video showing the decline in stocks during the 2001 and 2008 market crashes. The 2019 crash has yet to reach those levels so what does that mean?

Bottom in or Diver Down?

Many people think the March low is the bottom that had us down some 30+%. If so it would be a smaller crash than the past two that saw roughly 50% declines....
