What if this super whale upvoted you?

Hi fellow steemians,

There is a super whale with over 75 million dollars worth of steem. What if he upvoted you?

Or what if he down voted a reward abuser?

I am talking about the major exchange of course Bittrex. Would people be super pissed if they went and did that?
