I think we are currently living a huge paradigm change, where young people do not want to take huge credits from banks to get an expensive house.

What do you think? Please leave your comments.

Hope it helps,

It's true that today we have much less purchasing power than our parents. We have to make a lot of difficult choices.

That's right we are loosing purchasing power very fast, because of the debacle of fiat currencies...

young people are getting wiser, its actually foolish to take out a loan to buy an expensive house that will be hard to mantain unless you want to take out loan to be maintaining the house too

It's crazy how a median house price in US is over 300K and most of the new jobs millenials are getting are not well paid and they still have plenty of student debt in their backs...

if i haven't figured out my own life, don't have a job that im willing to do 5years down the line, why would i take a huge bank loan and commit to something that i might not be able to payoff?

Thats the way more and more young people arould the world are feeling right now... Thank you for sharing.

youth seems to be investing wisely

Hope it helps ;)
