I like Kinsella, sometimes I don't understand his legalspeak, but he is definitely one of the people who introduced me to the idea that IP is detrimental. I wonder to what degree Steemit makes copyright less important. Content is posted, properly credited, and paid to the degree of its popularity without having to involve the government.
