How can we start solving global Inequality?
Inequality and Poverty
My last few posts have been dedicated to explaining modern poverty and inequality, now I'll show some solutions to this last problem.
There are many ideas
I'll talk about many proposed solutions, some of which I do not agree with 100% with. Still, all of them have a chance of solving or minimizing this issue.
The Solutions
Just so you're aware, all of these solutions come in one of two flavors:
- Better spend the Governments' money
- Make it simpler to earn money by decreasing the complexity in our Economies
Spend Money Better
Education
Increasing education spending would lead to everyone having better access to knowledge. This means that more people would be able to think of and act on business ideas, giving them a shot at success.
Social Security
By spending more helping those who have little to no income, we create a safety net that incentivizes potential businessmen to create and innovate.
Simplify the System
Less Business Taxes
By decreasing and simplifying the Taxes on businesses, we're allowing more people to start their own enterprises, which evens the playing field between small and large companies.
Less Bureaucracy
In order to increase entrepreneurship, we could lessen the amount of bureaucracy people have to go through in order to keep their new business endeavor.
Conclusion
We covered a few possible ways of combating Inequality and Poverty, but there is no silver bullet that could solve this global issue.
