I actually didn't realize this until recently, i own a store in British Columbia, i have noticed my sales and services drop by more than 40% since November 2017, not too long ago i had several conversations with some of my friends who own other stores and businesses, and they have noticed drops around the same rate between 30% and 60% drops in sales, since the winter, and it just never recovered. Usually after the winter sales pick back up again early February, but even in July it feels like December (income wise).
