LESSONS WHEN I HAD NO MONEY
Just navigating through my old files, i found this old gem from Robert kiyosaki (rich dad) worth sharing. He talks about 3 learning when his million dollar wallet business went bust & now homeless.
#1: CHANGE YOUR QUESTIONS:
He starts with relating a excerpt from an interview with Osho ( bhagwan) famous for his sex cult, his cars and his fights with Oregon. The reporter asked, "why do you have 93 rolls royces?" To that, the bhagwan replied, " This is a foolish question. The better question is, " Why don't YOU have 93 Rolls Royce?"
Its funny but there is great lesson to be learned: " To change your situation, change your questions"
During 2008 crisis, instead of asking "what if my business fails?" he says he got 25 different ideas when he changed the question to "What can i do during this crisis to be more profitable?"
Hmm...What kind of questions are you asking yourself??
