I really don't quite understand this upvoting thing. From what I do understand is that when you first cast a vote (in a new 24 hour period), your voting power is up. The more votes you cast, the less your vote counts. For example, my first vote for the day might be worth .12 cents, and my next vote maybe .03 cents. Soon, all my votes are worth zero. Then I have to wait to recharge.
Sometimes I don't give upvotes... Like what I said above...
My posts and comments are better than a 49 Cent upvote..
What would you rather have, a 49 Cent Upvote or be able to read
